What we are

Settlement Agreement Guide, a trading name of Resolute Ventures Group Ltd, is an introducer service. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and nothing on this site should be treated as legal advice.

Our service

We review settlement agreements in plain English and may introduce you to an independent, SRA-regulated solicitor. Any legal advice you receive comes from that solicitor under their own terms of engagement, entirely separate from us.

No cost to you

Our introducer service is provided free of charge, funded by a referral fee from the solicitor firm as set out in how we're paid.

Accuracy of content

Guides on this site are general information based on UK employment law as commonly understood, kept in plain English. Laws and thresholds change. Always confirm current detail with your solicitor before relying on it for a decision.

Liability

We are not liable for the advice given by any independent solicitor we introduce, or for decisions you make based on general guidance on this site rather than formal legal advice.
